Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar energy projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and maintaining project documentation. The role involves assisting in scheduling, reporting, risk identification, and ensuring timely project delivery while supporting smooth communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Support the preparation and updating of project reports, timelines, and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking project progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project activities and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related activities.
- Participate in meetings and provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
Required Skills
- Microsoft Project (MSP) – scheduling & tracking.
- Primavera P6 – planning & critical path.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Project scheduling (Gantt charts, timelines).
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Resource planning & allocation.
- Progress tracking (% complete, reports).
- Delay analysis & basic Earned Value concepts.
- Project documentation & reporting (MOM, DPR, WPR).
- Understanding of engineering drawings.
- Risk management basics.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/BS Electrical/Civil/Mechanical).
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in the solar design industry.
- Experience in utility-scale/mega-scale solar projects is highly preferred.
