Join us as a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Collaboration! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch post-sales technical services to our valued customers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring their utmost satisfaction with the deployment and operation of IPT/R&S/Wireless products.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive Planning, Implementation, Operation, and Optimization support to Advanced Services Customers for IP Telephony and R&S solutions
- Execute end-to-end project deployments, encompassing network design, configuration, installation, detailed documentation (LLD), NRFU, and post-installation maintenance and support
- Furnish customers with expert technical advice on product operation, with a primary focus on IPT and R&S solutions
- Provide clear technical guidance, including presentations and demonstrations as required
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technical competencies related to the assigned product(s)
Required Skills
- Proficient in managing Cisco-based Unified Communication Projects, specializing in IP Telephony & Messaging, IP Contact Centers, and WebEx Meeting Server
- Expertise in Cisco Video Conferencing & Telepresence Projects
- Skilled in integrating Third Party IP Telephony Applications
- Capable of leading off-business hours routine upgrades and troubleshooting activities
- Outstanding communication skills for seamless interaction and assistance at various levels within customer organizations
- Exceptional proficiency in written, oral communication, and attentive listening
- Self-driven with robust leadership and collaboration skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years + customer facing experience in deployment, configuration and supporting large, complex, TCP/IP based/Collaboration networks
- Network certification (CCNA) is a strong advantage
