Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with network architects to design and implement efficient company networks
- Develop and execute robust network security measures
- Manage and mentor the EDN network, ensuring optimal performance
- Conduct regular network performance tests to identify and address potential issues
- Perform networking maintenance tasks and ensure backups for data integrity
- Handle escalated network support issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Generate comprehensive network status reports for assessment and improvement
- Manage network inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Oversee VOIP management and configuration for seamless communication
- Solicit feedback from end-users to enhance computer usage experiences continually
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
- Hands-on experience with the following Security Devices and Technologies
1. ASA Firewall
2. Cisco ACS
3. Radios server and authentication process
4. Cisco ISE
5. Next-generation Firewall. (Huawei)
6. IPSEC VPN (Site to site and client to Site)
7. SSL VPN
8. In-depth knowledge & experience with networking security products - Experience in compiling information security policies and guidelines
- In-depth knowledge and experience of network security solution
- Previous experience with the telecom industry in the network security domain
- Working experience in IP routing & switching, wireless and network security domain
- Good Working knowledge of Linux

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or Information Technology
- CCNP (Security) certification is a plus
- Preferred candidate possesses 2 to 5 years of experience in the IT Network domain
