Position Summary
Network Engineer Technical Solution is responsible to Provide in-depth post sales technical services to the customer and will ensure customer satisfaction with deployment and operation of products.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation, Operation and Optimization assistance around Cisco ISE (Device Administration, 802.1x , profiling and posture compliance) for wired and wireless access
- Understand and implement Cisco ISE integration with cross vendor wired and wireless switching solution particularly Huawei
- Installation, configuration, and post deployment after sales maintenance support
- Provide technical assistance to customer on product operation and configuration
- To maintain technical competency on assigned products and solution
Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in deployment, configuration and support of NAC and Network Security solution
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (design, configuration, and troubleshooting)
- Proficiency in Integration of Cross vendors Switching (particularly Huawei Wired & Wireless Switching) solution with Cisco ISE
- Familiar and working knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet/Huawei Routing, Switching and Network Security products
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Routing and Switching protocol e.g., STP, Static Route, OSPF, BGP
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security technologies, and access control mechanisms
- Working knowledge and understanding of Endpoint Security Solution and EDR and their integration with Cisco ISE
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent customer handling skills
- Leading off-business hours routine upgrades and troubleshooting activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with and assist within customer organization. Must have excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
- Network certification (CCNA/CCNP) is a strong advantage
- 3 + year Customer facing experience in System Integrator
