Position Summary
Senior Network Engineer Technical Solution with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Cisco and Huawei-based traditional or Software-Defined Data Center (SDN) Switching solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide planning, implementation, operation, and optimization assistance to customers around Data Center Switching & Network Security solutions.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Huawei-based SDN Data Center Switching solution, including troubleshooting and coordination with System and Network Security teams.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale Data Center Switching deployment, preferably Cisco ACI or Huawei SDN.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and on-site support for complex network issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with OEM TAC for ticket opening, fault resolution, and customer IT teams to optimize data center performance and scalability.
- Implement and enforce best practices for Data Center Network security, leveraging SDN features.
Required Skills
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent customer handling skills.
- Ability to lead off-business hours routine upgrades and troubleshooting activities.
- Excellent problem-solving, oral communication, listening, and documentation skills to interact with and assist within a customer organization.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Data Center Interconnect, Data-center Migration Projects, and Layer 2 technologies (VLAN, VXLAN, STP).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in design deployment/configuration and support of Cisco ACI/Huawei SDN.
- Have past experience of independently leading and implementing similar projects.
- Network certification (CCNP/HCIP) is a strong advantage.
- 1-5 years customer-facing experience in System Integrator.
