Position Summary
Admin Executive will be responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of the company’s vehicles. This role involves overseeing fleet maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire fleet operations including the utilization, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with service providers and manage scheduled maintenance for the fleet.
- Monitor vehicle downtime and implement strategies to minimize disruptions in operations.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Monitor fuel usage and implement fuel management strategies to reduce overall fuel costs.
