Key Responsibilities
- Maintain fiber network availability of the designated links and ensure full compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Operations and maintenance (Fiber Optic Core, Metro, and Access Network).
- Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) pertaining to troubleshooting, escalation, and fault management in Service Operations.
- Uphold comprehensive network documentation to facilitate fault localization and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct Civil Works Inspection for Fiber Cable Protection, planned activities, invoice verification, and vendor performance review meetings.
- Should be able to provide 24/7 support and Streamline operational SOPs/WLAs.
- Manage on-site correction of performance-degraded links highlighted by the Manager/team leader.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electronics, Communication Systems, etc.).
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Optical Fiber network operations.
- Expertise in vendor management, negotiation skills, and conflict management.
- Proficient in the use of OTDR, OSA, Power, and Source meter instruments.
