Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to manage, operate, and optimize our IP/MPLS core network. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ISP/Telco environments and be comfortable working on large-scale networks with 24×7 operational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, upgrade, and optimize IP/MPLS core and access networks.
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for network-related issues.
- Deploy and support MPLS and Internet customer links.
- Monitor network performance using NMS tools (e.g., Cacti, WhatsUp Gold, Huawei NCE, ManageEngine).
- Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and escalations.
- Support planned activities and handle network outages on a 24×7 basis.
- Work closely with planning and strategy teams for testing and integration of new services.
Education & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ISP/Telco network operations.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), BGP, and OSPF.
- Practical experience with Cisco and Huawei routers/switches.
- Experience in large, complex IP/MPLS networks.
- ISP or Telecom background (highly preferred).
- CCNA/HCNA (required); CCNP/HCNP (strong advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, or related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated with good teamwork and leadership abilities.
