Business Intelligence Developer
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) developer to construct and provide various analytical reports on corporate data to senior management and other related stakeholders. As a BI developer, you will collaborate with business users to gather their demands before changing the collection of current BI reports to meet those needs. In order to help align current and future reporting requests to such standards, BI developers will be needed to build organizational standards and uniform reporting nomenclature. Every time data schemas need to be modified to meet new reporting requirements; you will also be working with data warehouse architects

Responsibilities
- Responsible to design, development and architecture BI solution based on SSRS, SSIS and SSAS and Power BI
- Designing and scheduling ETL Packages for transferring data from multiple data sources and integrates data based on
business logic and to load it in data warehouse - Create Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements with linked content, and drilldowns
- Optimize Queries and Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization
- Visualize data and information for business customers through the creation of reports and queries using Oracle
- To understand functional areas, collect data, clean & process data and convert to data warehouse for reports and visualizations
- Design data architecture structures necessary to support BI initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis of a bug and provide remediation
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely
- Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as a member of a team to work with other departments, such as when
implementing new data analysis - Ability to communicate findings with stakeholders and management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong command over SQL, Excel, SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI is a MUST
- Problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in data analysis
- Minimum Bachelor(s) from an accredited university with demonstrated analytical skills that reflect passion for Analytics
