Position Summary
As an Admin Executive, the incumbent will play a key role as the primary liaison for all administrative matters, providing comprehensive support and effectively handling inquiries from cross-functional teams in the South Region and the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance for South Region operations, including office management, transport, security, and janitorial services.
- Oversee vehicle operations, maintain maintenance records, track vehicle movement, and ensure timely servicing.
- Ensure smooth and timely daily fleet operations in coordination with the Senior Admin Executive and the drivers’ team.
- Review driver logbooks, identify gaps or deficiencies, and guide drivers on proper record completion. Monitor and improve vehicle utilization, fuel mileage, and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate closely with fueling personnel to promptly resolve fueling-related issues. Conduct on-site visits to fuel stations when required to monitor fueling activities.
- Generate system-based work orders for vendors related to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with vendors to manage vehicle maintenance, resolve technical issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship and timely service delivery.
- Maintain driver records, leave data, and EDA records. Ensure proper documentation for all vehicles, including logbooks and duty rosters.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
