Architect & Plan
- Fully engage with the key stakeholders from business and IT domains to understand the requirements/pain points.
- Identify key areas of improvement to reduce OPEX, maximize ROI and introduce automation across enterprise.
- Industry standard TOGAF® certified Enterprise Architecture consultants.
Build & Test
- Develop custom applications using DevOps Agile SDLC as per the requirements.
- Implement COTS applications with best practices and reference architecture provided by the vendor.
- System Integration role with end-to-end project and vendor management to ensure cohesive and on-time delivery.
- Provide industry standard testing services including System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance Testing to ensure the delivered solution meets all the functional and non-functional requirements.
Run & Optimize
- Provide complete admin and development support for the applications and platforms as required by the client.
- Plan upgrades and maintain software and hardware lifecycle including license management to proactively inform about expiry and utilization of the license and vendor support for the implemented solution.
- Complete Level 1, 2 and 3 support with daily/weekly/monthly reports on the ticket resolution KPI’s.
