Position Summary
Responsible for handling operations, upgradation, and optimization of Wateen IP/MPLS Core network.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support to customers / internal stakeholders and able to handle customer/management escalations
- 24×7 Availability required to plan and support the team in handling Planned activities and network outage incidents
- Work closely with different stakeholders and Planning teams for integration and testing of various products and services
- Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Assist Line Management as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical issues clearly and concisely to line management
Skills Required
- 5 – 8 years relevant experience in deployment, configuration, and support of large, complex, TCP/IP/MPLS-based networks
- Good understanding of TCP/IP MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), MPLS-TE, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, inter-as, carrier Ethernet, Qos, and Ipv6
- Hands-On with Cisco / Huawei Routers (7600, ASR9000, NE8000, NE40) switches (6500, Nexus 9000,3750) and firewalls (Cisco ASA 5585, FPR, Huawei USG 6600)
- Candidates having ISP/TELCO experience will be highly preferred
- Linux/Unix, DNS understanding, and hands-on experience are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with and assist all various levels within customer organization. Must have excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
- Candidate must be a Lahore resident
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Network certification (CCNA/CCNP/HCNP, CCIE/HCIES) is a strong advantage
