Position Summary
Assistant Manager Energy Solutions Back Office will be responsible for post installation O&M of all projects installed by Wateen. Will be responsible for the complete project life cycle from post-installation till end. Should Cultivate a high-performance team to support delivering the requirements of the business function with scalability.

- Provide technical support to customers nationwide related to Energy Solutions
- Coordination with Internal teams regarding customer issues

Required Skills
- Photovoltaic inverter trouble shooting
- PV Gen set controller
- Hybrid and BESS
- Strong knowledge of HT, LT and transformers
- Strong knowledge of SunSpec, MODBUS RTU, Rest API protocols
- Basic knowledge of DCS and SCADA
- Strong Communication Skills
Education & Experience
- At least a bachelor’s degree (Electric/Electronics)
- 5-7 years of working experience in Renewable Energy
