Position Summary:
Join our team as a Fiber to the Tower (FTTT) lead and take on a pivotal role in the installation, maintenance, and supervision of fiber-optic networks, connecting vital cellular towers to the wider telecommunications ecosystem. In this role, you will utilize your technical proficiency, project management acumen, and leadership qualities to ensure the seamless operation of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of fiber-optic technology, telecommunications protocols, and network equipment
- Initiate troubleshooting of technical issues and offer expert guidance to resolve network-related problems
- Lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers and support staff, conducting coaching sessions, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Cultivate a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork within the department
- Facilitate team building activities aimed at imparting hands-on skills for the Enterprise access network
- Exhibit proficient technical writing skills while meticulously following email threads and responding promptly
- Manage faults throughout their entire lifecycle, from the initial point of contact to resolution, and proactively keep customers informed of progress
- Diligently follow up on escalated events until closure
- Adapt to flexible work shifts (day/night/on-call) and extended hours as required
- Collaborate with all stakeholders (Internal/External) to ensure timely issue resolution
- Deliver regular updates and reports on agreed-upon KPIs, statistics, and performance to senior management

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years experience in the deployment of fiber-optic networks, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- CCNA/HCNA, CCNP/HCNP & Soft skills certification would be a plus
