Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of gensets, electrical systems, and air-conditioning units, with working knowledge of WAPDA transformers, fire suppression systems, rectifiers, UPS, line conditioners, grounding systems, power distribution networks, and switchgear panels (ATS, MTS, AMF, PFI), including protection systems.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on refuelling, faults, preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM), repairs, and vendor performance activities.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Manage genset refuelling operations, including monitoring and controlling diesel consumption.
- Oversee inventory management of critical spare parts to ensure timely availability for routine and emergency requirements.
- Handle electricity billing and coordination with WAPDA for main power failures, troubleshooting, overbilling adjustments, and new connections.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, access control, and security management across all critical sites and facilities.
- Supervise and execute civil works, new site development, and building renovation projects.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, electrical distribution networks, environmental alarms, towers, and gensets.
- Manage site electricity bills and related documentation.
- Implement and monitor strict security protocols, including entry procedures and gate pass systems.
- Maintain site cleanliness and manage landscaping or green area development.
- Liaise with government departments on matters related to commercial power, property rentals, legal/litigation issues, and taxation.

- Strong understanding of telecom network site operations.
- Expertise in power and cooling system maintenance and management.
- Practical experience with telecom power equipment such as gensets, rectifiers, UPS, and air-conditioning systems.
- Working knowledge of switchgear operations.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating with telecom operators.
- Hands-on expertise in genset operations, overhauling, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Sound knowledge of genuine consumables, lubricants, and spare parts.
Education & Experience
- BSc/BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom Power & Infrastructure Operations.
