Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the complete lifecycle of solar PV projects from planning to commissioning, serving as KAM Operations.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments in coordination with design teams for post-sale.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors for execution and coordination.
  • Review technical drawings, SLDs, and BOQs submitted by design teams and vendors.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of equipment and construction schedules.
  • Support in preparing project budgets, cost estimations, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, and QA/QC standards.
  • Monitor solar plant performance, O&M activities, and support resolution of any technical issues.
  • Assist in documentation and reporting to stakeholders and management.
  • Keep updated on new technologies, products, and regulatory trends in the solar energy sector.

Skills Required

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to technical detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of solar components (inverters, modules, BOS) and installation practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent.
  • Master’s in Energy Management (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in solar PV project execution or design.
  • Familiarity with solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of grid-tied, hybrid, BESS, and off-grid solar systems.
