Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the complete lifecycle of solar PV projects from planning to commissioning, serving as KAM Operations.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments in coordination with design teams for post-sale.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors for execution and coordination.
- Review technical drawings, SLDs, and BOQs submitted by design teams and vendors.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of equipment and construction schedules.
- Support in preparing project budgets, cost estimations, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, and QA/QC standards.
- Monitor solar plant performance, O&M activities, and support resolution of any technical issues.
- Assist in documentation and reporting to stakeholders and management.
- Keep updated on new technologies, products, and regulatory trends in the solar energy sector.

- Strong understanding of solar components (inverters, modules, BOS) and installation practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent.
- Master’s in Energy Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in solar PV project execution or design.
- Familiarity with solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) is a plus.
- Knowledge of grid-tied, hybrid, BESS, and off-grid solar systems.
