Position Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as the critical bridge between banking operations, primarily retail/consumer, and technology teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Deep hands-on experience with the T24 and BPM banking system.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather knowledge and information, document and validate business requirements from banking stakeholders, primarily but not limited to across retail/consumer segments.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing T24-driven processes and identify automation opportunities as per the use cases.
- Create comprehensive BRDs, user stories, process flow diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and data mapping documents aligned to customers’ use cases and banking logical flow.
- Act as the primary liaison between Operations, compliance teams, IT, and the AI/Full Stack development team.
- Perform gap analysis between current manual workflows and proposed AI-enhanced processes.
- Support sprint & UAT planning and execution.
- Ensure all proposed automation solutions comply with SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) regulations.
- Collaborate with the TPM to maintain project scope, timelines, and deliverable quality.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint reviews with business and technical teams.
- Document risk assessments and mitigation plans for AI integration touchpoints with T24 and other banking systems.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the Pakistani banking sector.
- Proven working experience with T24 and other core banking platforms (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of T24 modules, Cheque Clearance, Swift Payments, Customer Accounts Creation, Modifications, and General Operations.
- Understanding of SBP regulations, FATF compliance, AML/KYC requirements, and banking audit frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
