Position Summary

The Executive – Fleet Management will be responsible for the efficient management, monitoring, and optimization of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring cost control, compliance, safety, and uninterrupted operational support. In addition to it, the incumbent will look after other administrative matters, providing comprehensive support and effectively handling inquiries from cross-functional teams in the South Region and the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, utilization, and availability.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance to control costs and prevent misuse.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain complete fleet documentation, including registration, insurance, fitness certificates, and tracking records.
  • Liaise with vendors, workshops, fuel suppliers, and insurance companies for timely services and renewals.
  • Track fleet KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational transportation needs.
  • Handle driver records, attendance coordination (if applicable), and compliance with SOPs.
  • Support fleet audits and assist in budgeting and forecasting fleet-related expenses.

Required Skills

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Cost control and reporting abilities.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, administration, or operations.
  • Experience working with GPS tracking systems and fuel monitoring tools is an advantage.
