Key Responsibilities
- Achieve 100% of residential sales targets and revenue goals
- Ensure 100% compliance with CSAFs and timely cash submission upon sale closure
- Manage complaint resolution through dedicated customer service teams
- Conduct regular visits to potential customers to drive upselling opportunities
- Implement strategies for the recovery of CPE from inactive clients
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including sales entry and collection processes
