Position Summary
Seeking to connect with a Junior AI/ML Engineer with a strong interest in Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience building chatbots, RAG-based systems, AI agents, and enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance chatbots and virtual assistants for web, mobile, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, web chat).
- Implement LLM-based solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Integrate and manage Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Assist in developing AI agents capable of tool usage, workflows, and task automation.
- Perform prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization for accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Integrate AI services with backend systems via APIs and microservices.
- Support model testing, evaluation, and monitoring in production environments.
- Document solutions, experiments, and implementation approaches.
Required Skills
- Strong fundamentals in Python and basic ML concepts.
- Understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) and their limitations.
- Hands-on exposure to RAG architectures and semantic search.
- Familiarity with vector embeddings, similarity search, and indexing.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience or relevant academic/project work.
