Position Summary
Join us as an Account Manager and drive revenue growth and profitability in your assigned territory at Wateen by exceeding targets. Leverage market intelligence to track trends and pricing proactively. Cultivate strong Senior Management relationships while representing the company. Act as a spokesperson at key industry events. Ensure accurate forecasting, collaborate on account plans, and boost market share. Apply technical expertise in Internet, Data, and Communication Infrastructure—foster relationships with global tech providers for mutual benefit. Innovate customer strategies for sustained growth. Establish benchmarks for profitable customer relationships in line with long-term goals.

- Drive sales and manage large to medium-sized deals with precision
- Excel in achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships at the Senior Management level
- Demonstrate an outstanding grasp of Enterprise and Corporate business dynamics
- Proactively seek advice and tap into expert opinions from industry leaders in the WATEEN sector, particularly in addressing business challenges in the Corporate Sector
- Apply a reasonable knowledge of Account Plan methodology to strategize and execute sales approaches effectively
- Leverage a deep understanding of sales processes and adeptly manage opportunities to maximize results
- Efficiently oversee contract management procedures
- Motivate oneself to excel in a dynamic sales environment
- Exhibit top-notch business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Deliver impactful presentations and exhibit strong prowess in selling and negotiations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/ MBA)
- 5 to 8 years experience in ICT Selling
- Certifications in Technology or a Technical Background would be an edge
