Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to promote Wateen’s products and services. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving marketing initiatives that align with Wateen’s objectives and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligning with Wateen’s goals and objectives
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage them
Campaign Management:
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL and Digital
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for advertising and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance Wateen’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty among customers
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee Wateen’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising
- Manage Wateen’s website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and conversion
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for market positioning and product development
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective
- Track expenditures and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns
- Communicate marketing plans and performance to senior management and other stakeholders
Required Skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in marketing
