Position Summary
Network Engineer Technical Solution is responsible to Provide in-depth post sales technical services to the customer and will ensure customer satisfaction with deployment and operation of products.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Planning, Implementation, Operation and Optimization assistance to customer around Routing, Switching & Network Security solutions
- Understand and implement B2B / Extranet Segment design with implenetation of IPSec site to site VPNs and Huawei Routers and NG Firewalls
- Responsible for day to day operation of B2B segment , IPSec VPN configuration , troubleshooting and coordination with Service Providers and Partners
- Installation, configuration, and post deployment operation & maintenance support
- Provide technical assistance to customer on product operation and configuration
- To maintain technical competency on assigned products and solution
Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in deployment, configuration and support of Router, Switches & NG Firewalls around IPSec VPN configuration
- Strong hands-on experience with Huawei Routers & NG Firewall (design, configuration, and troubleshooting)
- Proficiency in configuration of policy based and route based Site to Site IPSec VPNs in multivendor environment
- Have past experience of Independently lead and implement similar projects
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent customer handling skills
- Leading off-business hours routine upgrades and troubleshooting activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with and assist within customer organization. Must have excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
- Network certification (CCNA/CCNP, HCNA/HCNP/HCIP Security) is a strong advantage
- 3 + year Customer facing experience in System Integrator
