Position Summary
A PMO Executive is required for departmental coordination and to operate the ERP system for Energy Solutions projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Finance to verify advance payments, with the Treasury dept for project budget, and with the Operations team to raise a request for NFA in ERP.
- Raise purchase requisitions in ERP.
- After receiving inventory in the warehouse, Issuance through the store (SIF) raises for inventory delivery.
- Check the payments milestone of the project and coordinate with Finance for customer invoices.
- Coordination with sales and recovery teams for milestone payment recovery from the customer.
- Keep updating the WBSS and ERP systems.
- After completion of the project, raise RMA (Admin and Inventory) for the project Leftover returned to WH.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors in IT or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Around 2 years of relevant experience.
