Position Summary
The position is primarily responsible for Revenue generation as per set targets and KPIs. You will act as a solar specialist having strong techno/commercial aspect to support other divisions on their solar leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieving assigned territory’s Revenue, Profits, Collections, and Customer experience Targets.
- Proactively consolidate market intelligence in monitoring market pricing and trends.
- Develop and manage relationships at the Senior Management level, and effectively present Wateen.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
- Accurate forecasting and sales reporting.
- Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
- Growing market share of Wateen in the industry.
- Assistance with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts.
- Developing Profitable Customer Relationships.
- New ways to nurture existing customers and guarantee long-term growth.
- Account management benchmarks that build more profitable customer relationships and support the organization’s long-term strategy.
Required Skills
- Sales and Management of large and medium-sized deals.
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Client relationship at the Senior Management level.
- Excellent understanding of Enterprise and Corporate business.
- Strong knowledge of using sales processes and opportunity management.
- Excellent Business communication skills (Both Verbal and Written).
- Excellent Presentation, Selling, and Negotiation Skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Telecom/IT.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, preferably Solar.
