Position Summary
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Senior Business Analyst within the Project Management Office (PMO) at Wateen. In this role, reporting directly to the Head of Information Technology, you will be at the forefront, providing essential assistance and support for critical project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratively manage efforts with the PMO Task
- Oversee the entire project management life cycle for IT projects
- Develop comprehensive plans, schedules, and accurate resource estimates to drive project success
- Define clear project milestones, and deliverables, and meticulously monitor project activities, ensuring alignment with the communication plan
- Conduct thorough evaluations and present detailed reports on project accomplishments to the PMO Task
- Spearhead the creation and documentation of crucial project-related materials, including Communication Plans, Stakeholder Impact Analysis, PowerPoint Presentations, Meeting Agendas, and Minutes
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, to convey complex information effectively
- Proficiency in articulating results, preparing deliverable plans, and maintaining clear documentation
- Competence with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TFS, and other essential PM Tools
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting under time constraints
- Quality-focused with robust analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Business acumen coupled with a customer service focus
Education & Experience
- BS degree in a related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management
- Technical background with robust program or project management skills in the IT field
