Position Summary

The ideal candidate will lead creative development across print, digital, and motion design, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to campaigns that span product launches, corporate events, and digital media. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution across multiple formats.
- Maintain brand consistency while elevating visual standards across touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with content, digital, and product marketing teams.
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Mentor junior designers and provide clear creative direction.
- Stay updated on industry design trends and techniques.
- Deliver designs that meet both strategic objectives and creative flair.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- A strong command of typography, layout, and color theory.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in a marketing or agency setting.
- A portfolio demonstrating diverse design work across digital and print is required.
- Motion design/video editing experience is a strong advantage.
