Position Summary

The Senior Executive Marketing will support the marketing department in creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital and corporate communication channels. The role will primarily focus on writing blogs, website content, social media copy, campaign copy, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content for blogs, website pages, social media posts, digital campaigns, emailers, internal communications, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support the creation of LinkedIn-first content for Wateen, with adaptations for Meta platforms.
  • Assist in writing copy for product/service campaigns, corporate announcements, event posts, partnership updates, and employer branding content.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather information and convert technical or business inputs into clear, structured, and audience-relevant content.
  • Coordinate with designers to develop digital content, ensuring that copy and visuals work together effectively.
  • Support the marketing team in maintaining consistency of tone, messaging, and brand language across all communication materials.
  • Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor content, and relevant technology topics to support content planning.
  • Use AI tools for research, ideation, content structuring, editing, and improving content quality, while ensuring final output remains accurate, original, and brand-appropriate.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, formatting, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Good understanding of digital content, especially for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to simplify technical or business information into accessible and engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing, social media communication, and brand messaging.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Runway, Kling AI, Freepik, or similar platforms for content support, research, and ideation.
  • Good proofreading, editing, and grammar skills.
  • Basic design sense and the ability to review creative layouts from a content and communication perspective.
  • Willingness to learn about B2B technology, ICT solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise services.
