Position Summary

This role plays a pivotal role in supporting Wateen’s initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness by leading interventions such as workforce standardization and integrating frameworks and procedures. Working closely with the Head of People Operations and Organizational Design, this role involves contributing to the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and interventions to foster a positive work culture and drive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly reviews and audits of current organizational structures to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies
  • Update all organizational structures on a monthly basis to reflect changes in personnel, roles, or departmental adjustments
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align organizational structures with the company’s strategic vision and objectives
  • Identifies areas for process improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of Organizational Design, ensuring the right placement of individuals in appropriate jobs and roles
  • Lead the yearly workforce planning exercises, prioritizing company needs and talent optimization principles
  • Lead and deliver talent capability exercises, and provide management with strategic recommendations for the next steps

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in learning and development, employee engagement, culture and/or policy related roles
