Position Summary

The resource is accountable for overseeing projects and operational activities within their jurisdiction. They will support Field Teams in deployments, complaint handling, follow-ups, and timely closures to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign complaints to Field Operations (FOPs) teams, ensuring timely closure of tasks to meet KPIs.
  • Mobilize teams effectively for optimal workload management.
  • Provide backend support to Field teams for PAR Approvals and Execution.
  • Coordinate with internal technical departments for technical assistance in addressing complaints and completing project activities.
  • Maintain record keeping, conduct data analysis, and provide periodic reports to line management.
  • Foster smooth and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Join our team where your leadership will contribute to the success of our projects and operations.

Required Skills

  • Possesses robust expertise in Telecom Networks, encompassing Fiber Optic, Ethernet, DVB-RCS, and Wireless technologies.
  • Proficient in the deployment and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of customer end equipment (CPE).
  • Demonstrates effective management skills for Field Teams.
  • Competent in Inventory and Petty Cash Management.
  • Exhibits strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Complaints Analysis and Reporting, using MS-Office.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Telecommunications/Electronics or Bachelor’s of Engineering in Telecommunications/Electronics.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience is required in a similar capacity.
  • Should have good analytical and technical knowledge of the relevant field.
