Position Summary
The resource will be responsible for customer interaction, understanding customer connectivity requirements, and developing appropriate solutions as per the Wateen infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer liaison, understanding customers’ connectivity requirements (VPN, Internet, Voice) and proposing the best suitable solution.
- Develop low and high-level designs for customer connectivity requirements, considering cost optimization & network availability.
- Advise customer on design, deployment & integration of Local and Wide area networks of medium to high complexity.
- Support field teams in implementation & customer acceptance.
- Coordinate with network planning teams to enhance visibility of network capacities in Access, Core, and DWDM networks.
Required Skills
- Knowledge on Networking (Routing & Switching).
- Strong Network knowledge regarding MPLS.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), BGP, and OSPF.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to support and coordinate with team members.
Education & Experience
- BS/BE in Electrical/Telecom/Information Technology.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the Telecom domain.
- Network certification (CCNA/HCNA) is a strong advantage.
