Position Summary
Monitoring, configuration, fault reporting, and internal/external coordination with all stakeholders for related matters concerning OTN/DWDM/SDH and Fiber Cable networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming faults in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email.
- Escalate, rectify, and monitor issues within SLA.
- On-call support for remote troubleshooting of L1 & L2 support.
- Monitoring of transmission, LH Fiber, and Metro networks.
- Performance and Health Check of OTN, MSTP & DWDM (BWS 1600G) Network.
- Knowledge of EPL, EVPL Service Configuration on MSTP/OTN Network with protection schemes.
- Flexible to work in shift routines (day/night/on-call).
- Coordination with all stakeholders (Internal/External) for issue resolution.

Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- HCIA/HCIP Transmission training would be a plus.
- Have knowledge/experience in Huawei SDH/WDM & OTN technologies & NCE with knowledge of ASON-E, ASON-O, Ring MSP, Linear MSP & SNCP protection schemes.
