Position Summary

The candidate will provide L1 and L2 support to internal/external VoIP Customers and TDM partner carriers, coordination with Vendors, Network Optimization and work for QoS improvement. He should be flexible to work in rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers nationwide related to voice issues
  • Coordination with Internal teams regarding customer issues
  • Monitoring of voice network Platforms
  • Ticket Handling
  • Maintain KPIs
  • Team Player

Required Skills

  • Asterisk/IP telephony
  • VoIP/SIP
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Telecom Network Architecture

Education & Experience

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree (Electric/Telecom)
  • 3 years of working experience in Telecom sector
  • Network certification (CCNA/CCNP) is a strong advantage
