Position Summary
The candidate will provide L1 and L2 support to internal/external VoIP Customers and TDM partner carriers, coordination with Vendors, Network Optimization and work for QoS improvement. He should be flexible to work in rotational shift.

Education & Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree (Electric/Telecom)
- 3 years of working experience in Telecom sector
- Network certification (CCNA/CCNP) is a strong advantage
