Position Summary
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, development, and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at ensuring the security and integrity of our IT servers. Join us in safeguarding and enhancing the robustness of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Install new or rebuild existing servers, configuring hardware, services, and storage in line with standard and project/operational requirements
- Install new software releases, conduct system upgrades, evaluate and apply patches, and troubleshoot software/OS-related issues
- Perform daily system monitoring, ensuring the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and key processes
- Review system and application logs and validate scheduled jobs, such as backups, for completion
- Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly and update administrative tools and utilities
- Configure and add new services as required
- Create, manage, and maintain documents, media, and license libraries related to the Data Center
- Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches for system administration tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain server and network monitoring systems
- Provide 24/7 support for business-critical applications as an integral part of the operations team
Required Skills
- Proficient in utilizing VEEAM backup solution for Hyper-V
- Hands-on experience in managing Linux OS, preferably RedHat Enterprise Linux
- Knowledgeable in managing Microsoft Windows Clustering Services
- Experienced in Storage Area Network (SAN Storage) administration
- Skilled in managing the Microsoft Hyper-V platform
- Demonstrated ability in writing technical documents
- Strong communication and writing skills, ensuring effective and clear articulation of technical concepts
Education & Experience
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Possession of knowledge or certification in MCSE
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant field experience
