Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Planning, Implementation, Operation, and Optimization support to our Advanced Services Customers across various solutions
- Lead end-to-end project deployments, encompassing critical tasks such as Network design, configuration, installation, and thorough documentation including Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
- Provide continuous maintenance and robust after-sales support to ensure sustained system functionality and client satisfaction
- Offer expert technical counsel to customers on product operation and configuration, ensuring seamless integration into their existing infrastructure
- Deliver clear and insightful technical guidance through presentations and demonstrations, whenever necessary, to facilitate customer understanding and confidence
- Uphold a high level of technical proficiency on assigned product(s), remaining at the forefront of industry developments and innovations to best serve our customers
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Routing and Switching protocols e.g., STP, Static Route, OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPNs
- Exhibit practical proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei routing and switching solutions within an Enterprise Network, with a focus on SDWAN, SD-Access (SD LAN)
- Showcase practical proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei Network Security products within an Enterprise network, including NG Firewall, NAC, MFA
- Hands-on experience on Cisco / Huawei NG Firewalls, Cisco FTD/FMC, Huawei USG Firewall/Seco Manager, Cisco ISE, Huawei iMaster NCE, Cisco DUO 2FA, RSA SecureID
- Hands-on experience (deployment & support) in Web Security and Email security solutions such as Cisco WSA, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ESA, FortiMail, FrotiProxy, etc
- Hands-on experience in deployment and support of Secure WAN solutions e.g., Cisco / Huawei
- SDWAN, Route (DVTI/SVTI, DMVPN, DSVPN), and Policy based site to site VPNs
- Working knowledge and understanding of Endpoint Security Solutions and EDR
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent customer-handling skills
- Leading off-business hours routine software and hardware upgrades and troubleshooting activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with and assist within customer organization
- Must have excellent written, oral communication, and listening skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
- 3+ years relevant experience in planning, design, installation, configuration, and support of complex, TCP/IP-based networks
- 2+ years of customer-faced experience
- Network certification (CCNP Security / HCIE R&S / HCIE Security) is a strong advantage
