Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technical projects, general, and AI/ML-based projects as well, with strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle — from planning and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk registers.
- Coordinate between AI/ML/Full-stack engineers, data scientists, the BA team, banking SMEs, and compliance officers.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including status reporting, change control, escalation protocols, and RACI management.
- Drive Agile/Scrum (sprint planning, daily scrum calls, retrospectives) and ensure iterative, on-time delivery.
- Manage integration planning between automation modules and the bank’s core systems (including T24) with minimal disruption to operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and regulatory risks throughout the project.
- Prepare and present project dashboards, executive summaries, and steering committee updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee UAT coordination, go-live readiness assessments, and post-deployment stabilization.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- 5–10 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology projects in the Pakistani banking or financial services sector.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML pipelines, AI Workflows.
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) with hands-on experience using JIRA.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and cross-functional distributed teams.
- Familiarity with core banking systems (T24) and their integration architectures is a plus.
