Position Summary
The main role of this job is reaching out to potential customers via phone, educating them about the company (Wateen), product details, the benefits of solar energy, and driving sales of solar products and services, particularly for the consumer segment. He/she will be the first point of contact for many customers, so it’s essential to possess strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads via phone calls to promote solar energy solutions and services.
- Clearly explain the benefits and features of solar energy systems to prospective customers.
- Engage potential customers, assess their needs, and qualify them for appropriate solar solutions.
- Help the sales team in the conversion of sales.
- Keep in touch with warm leads, answer questions, and address any concerns about the solar offerings.
- Develop rapport with customers, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately input customer details and sales activities into the CRM system.
Required Skills
- Previous telesales experience especially in Solar, utilities, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing sales and meeting/exceeding goals.
- Knowledge of solar energy and familiarity with solar energy solutions is a plus (training will be provided).
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in Solar or Green Energy Sales is highly desirable.
- Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable to target markets).
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy Industry Trends.
