Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and extensive experience in front-end development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize web applications that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to improve the overall user experience
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices
- Convert design specifications into high-quality, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic
- Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Present design concepts and user experience strategies to stakeholders
- Facilitate design reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the user experience and design quality
- Mentor junior UI/UX designers and developers
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems
Required Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with animation and interaction design using tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development for web applications
- Proven track record of designing and developing responsive, high-performance web applications
